Sense is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our community team in Whitland, Carmarthenshire. In this permanent role, you will provide 1:1 support to a gentleman who is deafblind and seeks to maintain his independence. Your responsibilities will include assisting him in various daily tasks and facilitating community engagement.
The role requires warm communication, enthusiasm for supporting independence, and basic British Sign Language skills. A full UK driving licence and personal vehicle are necessary.
