Job Overview
Band 3 Nursing Support worker position in the Hepatology team at Glangwili Hospital. This part‑time post is 15 hours per week and will be supervised by a registered nurse.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of the Hepatology team delivering care to patients and perform delegated tasks under appropriate supervision from a registered healthcare practitioner.
- Provide clinic support for the Hepatology Fibroscan service, including performing Fibroscan examinations and completing the required documentation.
- Contribute to the delivery of a high‑quality service for patients with liver disease and their families, supporting equity of health outcomes in line with the Liver Disease Implementation Network.
- Travel between sites as required; occasional work at other sites may be needed.
