We are recruiting caring and compassionate Care Assistants to join our premium domiciliary care team supporting clients across Chichester, Bognor Regis and surrounding areas. Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates already living locally who meet the requirements of the role. Compensation and Benefits

• £29,000 per annum + mileage allowance £0.45 per mile
• Guaranteed 40 hours a week with flexible working patterns
• Enhanced evening and weekend pay
• Overnight care: £125-£135 per night
• Live‑in care opportunities: £130-£145 per day
• Holiday pay (12.07%)

• Average 15‑minute travel time between visits

About the Role

• Provide high‑quality, person‑centred care
• Support with personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting
• Assist with meals, medication and daily routines
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with light household tasks
• Monitor wellbeing and maintain accurate care records

Required Qualifications

• Already live in Chichester, Bognor Regis or surrounding areas
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Have access to own vehicle
• Reliable, caring and compassionate
• Able to work every other weekend
• Flexible to work early mornings, evenings and split shifts
• Committed to delivering excellent standards of care
