The Role

As part of our multi-disciplinary care team, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our guests. This includes:

• Supporting with daily activities and personal care
• Encouraging independence and dignity
• Taking part in social activities, outings, and experiences that make each stay special

This is a unique care role where you’re not just supporting daily needs, you’re helping create meaningful holiday experiences.

Flexible Opportunities Available

We are currently recruiting for:

• Full time Care Assistant(70hrs per fortnight)
• Part-time Care Assistant roles(approx. 42 and 49 hours per fortnight rota, or flexible combinations)
• Bank / seasonal staff– ideal for students or those seeking summer work

This flexibility makes the role perfect for those balancing other commitments.

Salary & Benefits

• £13.78 – £14.05 per hour (depending on experience)
• Every other weekend off (Friday 1pm finish)

About You
