Community Health Support Worker – District Nursing

The NHS in Tynygongl is seeking a dedicated care assistant to support registered nurses and practitioners in delivering essential care to patients. The role involves working collaboratively with patients and their families, and managing a variety of nursing duties under your nurse’s supervision.
