Salary: £12.91 per hour (£26,852.80 per annum)

About the Role
Richmond Mews is a residential support home providing 24‑hour nursing and personal care for individuals with learning disabilities, autistic people, and other complex needs. A dedicated team of nurses and support workers strives to provide a safe and stimulating environment where self‑help skills are actively encouraged, empowering the opportunity to live a fulfilling life in the heart of a community.
Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together.
- Help plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning, and running errands.
- Assist with personal care, including support with eating and administering medication.
- Plan and participate in any exciting day‑out activities the resident wishes to enjoy.
- Make a positive impact by supporting residents to become more independent wherever possible.

- Team player, able to work effectively with colleagues.
- Resilience to keep going during difficult times and confidence to ask for support if needed.
