Job Summary
We are seeking 3 Community Support Workers to join our growing Salford Hub day service in Ordsall, Salford, which supports adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities. This role provides high-quality, person-centred support that meets individuals’ physical, health, emotional, and social needs.
Requirements:
- Can you undertake the range of tasks required, in a well-planned way that respects and values service users as individuals?
- Experience of working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Conditions and learning difficulties, with awareness of their rights and needs.
- Experience of working in community-based projects/activities for individuals.
- Experience of working with families.
- Can manage difficult and challenging situations whilst maintaining high standards of care and support?
- Can make a direct positive impact on the lives of the adults, children, and their families we support?

Hours & Salary
35 hours per week, worked flexibly over five days (Monday to Friday). Starting salary £24,481.33 per year (£13.45 per hour) with biennial increments. Salary pro-rated from a full-time equivalent of £26,230 per year based on 37.5 hours per week.
Location & Driving
Location: Ordsall, Salford. Drivers are preferred. Must have a full clean licence held for more than 12 months and be aged 21 years and older.
