Empowering Care & Support Worker (Flexible Shifts)

MTVH is looking for a compassionate Care & Support Worker to join the service at Briarwood Court, Greater London. This is a full-time, 37.5-hour role offering opportunities for overtime and flexible shifts. You will help individuals with Learning Disabilities maintain their independence and manage their support needs in collaboration with the care team.

The successful candidate will demonstrate previous caring experience, understand the importance of dignity in care, and work with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Full training is provided.
