Job Description

Bannatyne Group is looking for a dedicated Spa Therapist to join our team in Tamworth and provide exceptional spa treatments to guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and more, tailored to meet individual client needs.
• Provide professional, high‑quality service to ensure a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all clients.
• Use spa equipment properly and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat visits and referrals.
• Promote spa services, special offers and products to enhance the guest experience based on consultations.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends and techniques to continuously enhance your skills.
• Adhere to all company health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Passion for health, wellness and customer service.
• Ability to establish rapport, build trust and demonstrate credibility.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Desirable: knowledge of ELEMIS products and treatments, previous experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role.
• Desirable: NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or willingness to work towards it).
• Opportunity to further develop by completing an L3 Beauty Therapy qualification.
