Job Title : IRIS Advocate Educator
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract to31 st March2028
Salary: £32,050per annum
Location: GP practices and healthcare locations across the borough of Croydon

About the role: Weare recruiting an Advocate Educator to work closely with GP practices in Croydonborough. IRIS is adomestic abuse training, support and referralprogrammedeveloped specifically for general practice. You will promote the IRISprogrammeand offer DVA training to GP practice staff, as well as providing one-to-one emotional and practical support to a caseload of clients experiencing domestic abuse. - Experience of working with victims and survivors of domestic abuseand an understanding of the barriers to accessing support services
- Experience of promoting services and building strong working relationships with external organisations
- Experience of delivering training to a range of professionals
- Ideallyafull driving licence and access to a vehiclein order totravel to GP practices acrossCroydon
