Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join us at our lovely mixed practice, Dental Beauty Teddington. Our practice is an award-winning, highly established and reputable mixed dental clinic with excellent transport links. You will be part of a supportive practice team led by our Partner, Dr. Manraj Kalsi, and Practice Manager, Jade Taylor. The successful candidate will receive significant support and development opportunities, and as Dental Beauty expands quickly there will be many progression opportunities.

Compensation: £13.00 – £13.50 per hour
Hours
Mondays: 7:45am–5pmTuesdays: 7:45am–5pmSaturdays: 9am–1pm
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high-quality reception and administration service that ensures patient satisfaction and maximises practice efficiency.
- Answer the telephone and respond to patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the diaries of the clinical team using our software system, Dentally.
- Collect and record patient payments, and pursue any outstanding debts in line with the practice payments policy.
- Ensure compliance with DBP Information Governance Policy and GDPR.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Ideally 1–2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist in a private or mixed practice.
- If you do not have dentistry experience, a background in front‑of‑house, customer service or medical coordination is acceptable.
- Experience with Dentally software is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of CQC requirements and how to meet them at all times.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional patient care and customer service.
