About MiChild at Moorevilla Nursery
Moorevilla Nursery, proudly rated as “Good” by Ofsted, provides a happy and engaging environment where staff support children through engaging experiences. Staff follow children’s lead, helping them stay engaged, with high-quality interactions. Moorevilla Nursery is one of our largest settings with a capacity of 117 places. It has 6 rooms (3 for under-two learners, 2 for 2-3 year olds, and a large pre-school room). The nursery is located on a one-acre site with 3 large outdoor classrooms designed for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. It also features a full refurbished Mi-Learning Lounger used for inhouse and external staff and family training.

What We’re Looking For
- Ideally hold a full and relevant Level 2 Early Years qualification or a Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised)
- Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development; capable of nurturing and inspiring young learners
- Robust safeguarding knowledge and awareness
- Confident communicator, proactive, and passionate about providing outstanding care and support to children
- Ability to support the team with day-to-day tasks and adapt to changing nursery needs
- Uphold our curriculum and early years principles
- Able to commit to daily (Monday to Friday) lunch cover from 10.30am to 2pm, year-round
