Behaviour Support Specialist – Secondary School

Qualiteach Education Group is seeking a Behaviour Support Worker for a secondary school in Tower Hamlets. The successful candidate will work with pupils aged 11-16, providing support for those with behavioural or emotional needs.

The role includes 1:1 mentoring, assisting during lessons, and implementing behaviour plans to create a positive learning environment. Previous experience in similar roles is required, along with confidence in behaviour management. This is a full-time position with an immediate start.
