Care Assistant – South Gloucestershire

Contract type: Care Delivery.Salary: £14.60 – £21.00 per hour (full‑time/part‑time options).Flexible shift patterns.Full induction and ongoing expert training are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs.
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help with meal preparation, planning and nutrition.
• Support medication administration, prescriptions and safe disposal.
• Carry out light housework, including tidying, laundry and general cleaning.
• Be a dependable, friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care.
• Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to follow care plans.
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
• Authorisation to work in the UK (no sponsorship or visa transfer offered).
