Independence Support Worker – Home Care (Aberystwyth Area)

Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council is recruiting five support workers for their Targeted Care & Enablement Team. In this vital role, you will assist individuals in regaining independence following illness or injury, managing tasks from personal care to medication administration.

The role involves split shifts on a 4 days on / 4 days off schedule. Ideal candidates should possess relevant QCF qualifications in health and social care, alongside a full driving license and a basic level of Welsh.
