We offer above the national rate, enhanced overtime rates of £14.91 per hour, a great team, benefits, and better pay.
Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with everyday tasks such as cooking and meal prep, medication and appointment support, budgeting and household management, exploring the local community, encouraging new hobbies and skills, and providing emotional support during tough times.
Training & Support
We welcome you with a structured induction & buddy programme, a virtual learning platform for ongoing support, and full training including a Care Certificate, First Aid, Behaviour Support, NVQs in Health & Social Care (Levels 2–5), and Leadership & business qualifications.

Qualifications
- A warm, people‑first attitude
- Experience in care or a Level 2/3 Health & Social Care qualification, or experience caring for a loved one or an individual with complex needs
- Two references covering the past three years and any previous roles supporting vulnerable adults
- An enhanced DBS check (cost covered by the employer)
