Hours of work: 21 hours per week

Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (40 weeks per year plus 5.05 weeks annual leave, increasing after five years’ continuous service). As the position is part-time/term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata.

Role Overview

The role encompasses far more than school administration. As a key player in the success of our school, your days will vary. While ensuring the reception service is spot on, you may also gather supplies for lessons or spend time with our students.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with other school personnel and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders and professionals.
  • Maintain confidentiality and the security of information and documents as required.
  • Reflect on work, be enthusiastic, and commit to continual professional growth.
  • Build positive, respectful relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
  • Create an inclusive environment where every child feels seen, valued and supported.
  • Support other school office tasks, including gathering supplies and general administrative duties.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working as part of a team in a school office environment.
