Care Assistant – Days or Nights

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team.

We have 3 positions available:

• Permanent full time days (x 1 vacancy)
• Permanent full time nights (x 2 vacancies)

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily lives of our residents. You will provide hands‑on care, assist with personal hygiene and mobility, and contribute to a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment.

Duties

• Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help patients with mobility and transfers
• Monitor and record
• Assist in the implementation of care plans
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care

Skills

• Drive: Motivated and committed to providing exceptional care to patients
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• IT Skills: Proficient in using electronic medical records systems and other healthcare software
• Knowledge of Care Plans: Familiarity with creating and implementing care plans for patients
• Experience in Care Home or Nursing Home settings is essential.
• Fluency in English is required
