Ivy Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Flexible Support Worker for a full-time, 10-month maternity cover role in Clacton on Sea, Essex. This position focuses on helping clients transition from hospital to their homes, providing flexible support for individuals with mental health needs.
The role involves guiding clients through their recovery journey, addressing housing-related needs, and ensuring they become more self-reliant. The successful candidate will work a rolling rota with 5 early shifts and late shifts, including weekends.
