We are looking for a Bank Diagnostic Imaging Assistant to join our Imaging team based in Hemel Hempstead. This is a bank basis role that offers a competitive hourly rate plus benefits.
About One Stop Healthcare
One Stop Healthcare is a private hospital based in Hemel Hempstead providing GP, dental, physiotherapy, diagnostic imaging, and day surgery services under one roof.
Responsibilities
- Assist qualified Radiographers with day‑to‑day duties and provide patient support for patients attending the imaging department at OSH.
- Maintain a flexible approach to working days and hours to meet service needs.
Requirements
- Minimum five GCSEs or equivalent (Grades A-C), including Maths, English and a Science subject, or NVQ Level.
- Demonstrate core skills to competently undertake patient care, tasks and activities across modalities.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting and/or prior knowledge of medical imaging.
- IT literate and working knowledge of IT systems within a healthcare setting.
- Good organisational skills, awareness of confidentiality issues, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to acquire new skills.
