Trainee/Junior Installer & Finishing Technician

My Interior Design client is looking for a Junior Installer & Finishing Technician. This role can be full-time or part-time, but you will need to be in the office/onsite five days a week.

Because the job involves travel, you must be a licensed driver.

They are bringing their installation work in house for the first time and are looking for someone to grow into this role with them.

Responsibilities

1. Work in the studio, quality-checking every order before it leaves.
2. Travel to client properties to install curtain tracks, poles, blinds, and curtains.

You will start with full training from their experienced contractor who will work alongside you until you are confident and capable on your own.

Qualifications

• No prior fitting experience required.
• Comfortable using power tools.
• Independent driver to client sites.
• Practical and capable.
