Hourly Full Time: 40 hours per week
LPN starting at $24/hr
Physical Location: Bedford Family Practice, 470 US 421, Bedford, KY 40006
The Job You Will Perform
- Uphold CCMH’s Core Values of Respect, Compassion, Justice, Stewardship, and Excellence
- Apply knowledge of growth and development in patient and family interactions to care for patients
- Measure vital signs on each patient upon presentation to clinic
- Administer medications as ordered by providers while maintaining the 5 Rights
- Document accurately in the patient’s electronic medical record
- Reconcile patient medication lists
- Contact patients regarding important messages about medications, test results, and other general medical information
- Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA requirements
- Other duties as assigned within scope of practice
Qualifications, Skills and/or Knowledge You Bring
- Qualified candidates should be a graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program or Certified/Registered Medical Assistant Program
- Current licensure in the State of Kentucky or certificate in medical assisting
- CPR Certification required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi‑task and work well in a fast‑paced environment
