Early Years Educator

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities
• Observe and assess children’s development progress
• Maintain safe and stimulating learning environments
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
• Support children with additional needs sensitively

Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or higher
• Paediatric First Aid certification
• Experience working with under 5s essential
• Patience, creativity and enthusiasm
• Safeguarding training completed
• DBS check (we can assist with application)
