Senior Occupational Therapist Manager

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team, providing expert assessment, intervention, and support for clients with Autism and Learning Disabilities.

• Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based assessments and develop personalized support plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to enhance independence, sensory integration, motor skills, and social participation.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with service users, families, and carers.
• Facilitate community activities and provide training to support staff and families.
• Maintain documentation and adjust treatments based on progress.
• Stay updated on best practices in occupational therapy.

Qualifications include a degree in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration, and experience working with adults with learning disabilities and autism.
