Complex Care Assistant

Location: Bugle, St Austell

Pay: £15 per hour

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a spinal cord injury, living in his own home. The role involves assisting with a range of therapies at home, in local facilities, and at specialist centres in the South West. You will also support the client in attending medical and personal appointments, encourage outdoor activities, and work closely with the client’s locally based family. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills with full training and clinical support in a supportive, person‑centred environment.

What you’ll do

What you’ll need

• Be caring and compassionate, and a good listener.
• No experience required; full training provided.
• For longer shifts, successful candidate must use the service user’s car, and must be over 25 to drive due to insurance policy.
