Trauma-Informed Support Worker for Women & Girls

Glasgow and Clyde Rape Crisis is seeking a dedicated support worker to provide trauma-informed emotional support to survivors of sexual violence. This key role requires strong commitment to anti-discriminatory practices and experience in working with girls aged 13+ and women.

The successful candidate will engage with survivors, manage caseloads, and coordinate with external agencies to promote support services across various locations in Scotland. Applicants must have at least 2 years of relevant experience and demonstrate a clear understanding of feminist and equality frameworks.
