Senior Care Support Worker, Ward B3
Position: Fixed Term, 36 hours per week, Band 3, until 10th July 2027, full time on site. Located at Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust, Dudley, England.
We are delighted to welcome applications to join Ward B3, a busy vascular unit. The successful applicant will work together with members of the Nursing / Midwifery team and contribute to the implementation of a high standard and individualised patient care under the direction of a registered nurse.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide caring and compassionate support to patients, recognising and reporting changes in their condition that may require intervention.
- Communicate effectively with other healthcare team members, patients and relatives.
- Work 12‑hour shifts as part of a 36‑hour week.
- Participate in assessment of competence and undertake basic skills and in‑house development programmes as required.
