SEN TA – Cradley Heath

Cert Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic school in Cradley Heath. This school is looking for a qualified and experienced SEN TA to work across their KS1 classes. It is essential that the candidate is confident in taking small groups for 1‑1 sessions and able to deliver phonics sessions.

This is a full‑time, long‑term position requiring commitment to pupils and the role.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students
• Delivering small group or one‑to‑one catch‑up sessions
• Supporting pupils according to their individual needs
• Working with the class teacher to plan, evaluate and adjust lessons

Essential Requirements:

• Recent and relevant experience in an education setting
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification such as CACHE, Childcare, NNEB or relevant experience
• Ability to work effectively under the guidance of the classroom teacher
• Ability to obtain an Enhanced Certificate of Disclosure from the DBS and complete Safeguarding and Prevent training level 2
