We are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established care provider seeking a compassionate and confident Senior Care Assistant to join their night team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous senior care experience who enjoys leading by example and delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing hands‑on care and support to residents, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
• Supervising, mentoring and supporting the care team during night shifts.
• Administering medication safely and maintaining accurate records.
• Ensuring care plans are up to date and followed to meet residents’ individual needs.
• Promoting a safe, caring and positive environment for both residents and colleagues.
