Position: Recovery Support Worker – Bedworth

Duration: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, varied shifts; weekend work required

Salary: £13.45 per hour

Role

You’ll empower adults with enduring mental ill health to live safely and independently in their own homes. Work is varied, meaningful, and centred on helping people move forward in their recovery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain emotional wellbeing and develop coping strategies
• Manage accommodation and daily living routines
• Budget, claim benefits, and build financial independence
• Access community groups, services, and local activities
• Strengthen relationships with family, friends, and social networks
• Explore education, volunteering, hobbies, and employment opportunities
