- Role: Support Worker
- Pay Rate: £12.81 Per Hour
- Shifts: Days/Night
- Full time: 36 hours per week
Duties Include
- Support people with learning disabilities to the highest standard and in line with their support plan, cultural needs and wishes.
- Support and encourage people to make choices and life decisions in line with the Mental Capacity Act requirements.
- Assistand encourage people to engage in everyday home, social,leisureand work activities, according to the individual’s choice.
- Support people with their health needs asrequired, e.g., taking medication and attending doctor’s appointments.
Person Specifications
- A positive can-do attitude as well as a caring,patient,and reliable nature.
- Be able to develop great relationships with service users and the team
- Have excellent communication skills
- Havea good workethic
