Care Assistant

Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and caring people with a genuine desire to support our vulnerable adults at Tiled House and enable them to lead a life as independent as possible.

Responsibilities

• Support people in crisis or at times of ill health following a hospital admission and ensure they receive the correct support to meet their needs.
• Plan and provide person‑centred care that promotes respect, dignity and personalisation.
• Provide high‑quality care, including physical and personal assistance and the administration of medication, if required.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with excellent recording skills.
• Work as a member of a team and collaborate with colleagues and health professionals on site.

Required Qualifications and Clearances

You must have the right to work in the UK and will be subject to medical clearance and an enhanced DBS check.

Working Hours and Salary

Salary: Grade 5 £13.68 to £14.58 per hour.

Working Conditions

Work in the office 3+ days a week (pro‑rated) or onsite full time. Hours of work are between 7:30am to 09.30pm, depending on the set rota pattern you are allocated and the needs of the service.
