Trainee Medical Records Read Coder & Summariser

NHS is looking for a trainee read coder and summariser to join their team at Pennygate Medical Centre in Wigan. This role serves approximately 19,000 patients and offers essential training for 12 months. Responsibilities include sorting patient records, coding information into clinical systems, and ensuring data security.

The ideal candidate will have GCSEs in maths and English, as well as an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration. The position is part-time, Monday to Friday from 2pm to 6pm, with a pay scale that is reviewed post-training.
