£18.04 per hour | Term‑Time Only | Full‑Time – Start September 2026

  • Support babies’ learning, development and emotional well‑being
  • Plan engaging play experiences that encourage curiosity and exploration
  • Build positive relationships with parents and carers
  • Complete observations and contribute to children’s learning journeys
  • Support children’s communication, physical, personal and social development
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain an outstanding learning environment

We’re Looking For Someone Who

  • Holds a relevant Early Years qualification (Level3 or above is desirable)
  • Has experience working with babies or young children
  • Is warm, caring and passionate about giving children the very best start in life
  • Understands the importance of play‑based learning
  • Enjoys working as part of a close‑knit, supportive team
  • Has excellent communication skills and builds positive relationships with families
