- Support babies’ learning, development and emotional well‑being
- Plan engaging play experiences that encourage curiosity and exploration
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers
- Complete observations and contribute to children’s learning journeys
- Support children’s communication, physical, personal and social development
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain an outstanding learning environment
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Holds a relevant Early Years qualification (Level3 or above is desirable)
- Has experience working with babies or young children
- Is warm, caring and passionate about giving children the very best start in life
- Understands the importance of play‑based learning
- Enjoys working as part of a close‑knit, supportive team
- Has excellent communication skills and builds positive relationships with families
