New Reflexions in Wigton seeks a Children’s Residential Care Worker to support young people with complex needs through therapeutic and engaging activity-based placements. This role offers an opportunity to make a real difference in children’s lives.

The successful candidate will provide care while promoting emotional wellbeing and engage in outdoor experiences, including kayaking and climbing, in a structured 3-on / 6-off work pattern. Training, support, and opportunities for career progression are provided.
