Shift Details
- Full‑time (37.5 hrs/week, Monday–Sunday)
- Part‑time roles also available
- Shifts vary depending on weekly activities, with a maximum of 08:00–22:00
- Sleeping duties may be required
Responsibilities
Support three individuals with complex needs—including learning and physical disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and cerebral palsy—within a modern bungalow. Your day-to-day tasks include:
- Promoting choice, dignity, and respect for each resident
- Assisting with personal care routines
- Engaging in leisure activities such as watching TV, gardening, shopping, cooking, and day trips
- Working as part of a close‑knit, supportive team
Qualifications & Requirements
- Full UK licence (manual) – essential
- Completed DBS check (paid for by the company)
- Experience or willingness to support individuals with complex needs
