SENDCo & Inclusion Lead — Shape Every Pupil’s Potential

Smart Teachers in Romford is seeking an experienced SENDCo to join their leadership team from September 2026. You will lead the strategic development of SEND across the school, coordinating effective interventions and overseeing pupil progress.
