What you will do
- Provide expert medicines optimisation services, enhancing patient care and achieving excellent outcomes.
- Conduct comprehensive medicines information support to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless pharmaceutical services.
- Ensure safe, evidence-based practice by applying your extensive clinical knowledge and skills.
- Travel between sites as required, with the autonomy that comes with being a car driver.
Responsibilities
- You must be a registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Bring your post-registration NHS hospital pharmacy experience to the table, demonstrating your capabilities in medicines optimisation.
- Flexibility to drive between sites is essential, offering you varied and rewarding experiences.
