Role
As a Care Assistant you will provide individualised packages of care to help people maintain their independence and enjoy living in their own homes. The role covers shifts throughout the day and may require availability on alternate weekends.
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with all aspects of daily life, including meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support.
- Providing personal care assistance.
- Supporting clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care.
- Recording and reporting daily visit information.
Qualifications
- Kind, caring and compassionate.
- Good level of English.
- For drivers: own transport (car or motorcycle). For non‑drivers: mileage allowance.
- Experience not required – full training will be provided. Candidates from any background, such as retail, customer service, hairdressing, reception, administration, cleaning, warehouse or delivery, are invited to apply.
