In this role, you will work as part of a team to contribute to the care and development of children aged 3-4 years, ensuring their safety, happiness, and overall well‑being. You will ensure that the highest standards of care and safety are met at all times and that children’s development is optimised.

Job Details
Salary: £24,796 – 25,185 pro rata
Contract Type: Fixed term, start September 26 until 25 March 2027 with possible extension.
Working Pattern: Term Time Only
Location: Bognor Regis
What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience in working in a childcare setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for early years education and child development.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
