Community Maternity Support Worker – On-Call & Family Care

The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a Band 3 Community Maternity Support Worker (MSW) to enhance our maternity services. This role involves providing care to birthing families, assisting midwives, and ensuring quality service during their maternity journey.

Ideal candidates should have Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths, and previous healthcare experience. The position will require hands-on support with infant feeding and ongoing training to achieve required competencies.
