Creative Support Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Support Worker in Billingham to lead a friendly team supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and autism. This temporary role requires you to work alongside the Project Manager to deliver high-quality, person-centred support, ensuring tenants’ independence and involvement in their care decisions.

Applicants must have at least two years’ experience in a similar role, a full UK driving licence, and strong communication skills. A passion for care and support along with good organisational skills are essential.
