Senior Support Leader – Autism Care (Evenings/Weekends)

Espa in Seaham is seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join its friendly team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to support autistic individuals.

In return, Espa offers 6 weeks paid holiday (increasing to 8 weeks), a pension scheme, and an intensive 2-week induction with continued training. Flexibility with shift patterns is essential.
