Join Langley and make a real difference every day. We have an exciting opportunity for 2 organised, creative and client‑focused Support Workers to join our busy and friendly team in Cheltenham. We are recruiting for 1 full‑time permanent position and 1 full‑time 18‑month fixed‑term contract role, working 37.5 hours per week across 3 x 12.5‑hour shifts. Successful candidates will receive a salary of £25,592 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide keywork support (including acting as Key Worker where required), maintaining accurate client records and using the Langley Client File to review progress and promote independence.
- Contribute to a safe, well‑run service by following medication procedures, supporting participation and client meetings/involvement (including complaints), supporting prospective/former residents, maintaining safe/tidy environments, and participating in rotas and team meetings.
- Provide personal care as identified in care plans (including supporting with hygiene, dressing, continence care, mobility/moving and handling, and supporting access to health and social care professionals) and keep health‑related records and care plans up to date.
- Assess and manage risk and challenging behaviour by using planning, de‑escalation, and knowledge of our clients. Maintain service security and situational/physical safety measures, liaising with relevant stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
- A satisfactory Enhanced DBS with adult barred list check is required, and job offers will be subject to the Trust receiving satisfactory evidence of the successful applicant’s right to work in the UK.
