Night Care Worker – Support Independence & Comfort

The Guildhall Northampton seeks a part-time Night Support Worker to provide compassionate, person-centred care during night shifts. Your responsibilities will include supporting individuals with personal care, monitoring their needs, and following care plans.

The role requires a strong focus on customer service, excellent record-keeping skills, and the ability to build positive relationships. You must be willing to complete an NVQ Level 2 in Care within two years.

Fixed shifts will require a commitment of approximately 96 hours monthly, with a competitive salary of £13.52 per hour.
