Looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference every day? A leading care provider is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join their team within a welcoming residential care setting.
We have the following hours available:
- DAYS – 34h per week (12h shifts)
- EVENINGS – 20h per week (5-10PM)
This service provides high-quality care and support for older adults, including those living with dementia and other age-related conditions, in a warm, person-centred environment where residents are encouraged to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their day-to-day needs, helping them to enjoy each day through personalised care, companionship and meaningful interaction.
If you are new to care full training is provided – you will just need a compassionate, caring attitude!
Person specification
- Caring, compassionate with a genuine desire to support older people
- Previous experience in care, support or healthcare setting would be desirable but not essential
- Strong communication skills
- Applicants must have an existing, unrestricted right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship cannot be provided for this position
