Job Description
What you’ll do
Our care assistants are the extraordinary people who do the everyday activities that mean so much to our clients. You will support them to live safer lives in their own homes by following individual care plans and assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and supporting them with their medication. You will also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes and housework.
Qualifications
No prior social care experience required. We look for compassion, resilience, and a willingness to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close‑knit team.
