Social Worker – Older Adults Mental Health (Hybrid)

Totalwellnessacupuncture is seeking a Social Worker to join the Older People’s Mental Health Team in Bridgend. You will provide crucial support to individuals aged 65 and over dealing with mental health conditions.

The role involves conducting assessments, developing Care Plans, and ensuring individuals’ rights and needs are prioritized. Applicants should have a social work background, experience in mental health, and ideally be able to converse in Welsh. This is a temporary position lasting 12 months with hybrid working options.
