Company Description
Fleek is a ~$50M Series B B2B marketplace backed by a16z and Y Combinator that is digitizing the global secondhand fashion supply chain.
Location

Job Description
Join Fleek to reinvent customer lifecycle marketing using an AI-first approach. As a Full-Stack Growth Builder, you will architect adaptive CRM systems and build stickiness-driving tools for resellers. Reporting to the VP of Growth, you will transform static marketing journeys into dynamic, automated engines that scale secondhand fashion as the world’s first choice for commerce.
Why this role is remarkable
- Own the entire lifecycle strategy end-to-end for a high-growth marketplace, moving beyond campaign management to architecting intelligent, automated growth systems.
- Join a talent-dense, Series B company backed by top-tier investors like a16z and Y Combinator, operating in a market projected to reach $350B.
- Work directly under a VP of Growth with a proven track record of scaling platforms like Deliveroo from millions to hundreds of millions in revenue.
What You Will Do
- Design and deploy smart, adaptive CRM systems that utilize real-time signals and AI to determine optimal messaging, timing, and channel selection for users.
- Build and maintain rigorous experimentation frameworks, using causal inference and lift testing to quantify the true incremental impact of lifecycle initiatives.
- Develop end-to-end tooling for resellers, such as cross-listing automation, to increase platform stickiness and help customers scale their own businesses.
The ideal candidate
- A deeply technical builder who treats AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor as their default toolkit to ship production-quality code and systems rapidly.
- Strong analytical fluency in SQL and experience working with large, messy datasets to drive algorithmic decision-making and frequent, high-velocity experimentation.
- Proven ability to balance product intuition with technical execution, building systems that learn and evolve rather than relying on static, rules-based marketing journeys.
