TIG Pipe Welder

Overview

We are looking for fitters to work on stainless steel OD hygienic pipework and mild steam pipework in food and drink factories. This contract role requires travel between Salford, Wythenshaw, and possibly Wigan.

Responsibilities

• Fit stainless steel OD hygienic pipework and mild steam pipework.
• Perform welding tasks where required; welding skills are beneficial.
• Travel between sites as needed.
• Adhere to PPE and hygiene rules at all times.
• Work weekdays 7:00 am – 5:00 pm; weekend work and overtime available.
• Complete the contract within 3 to 7 weeks (minimum) and possibly longer.

Qualifications

• Must own a car or motorbike to travel between sites.
• Experience with stainless steel pipework; welding skills are beneficial.
• Ability to comply with PPE and hygiene standards.
